TUNISIA .- The Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi saw a further blow. Tuesday confirmed that the Oil Minister Shukri Mohammed Ghanem, left the country to take refuge in Tunisia, becoming the fourth secretary of state to follow that path.
Ghanem, who was chairman of the powerful state oil company NOC Libya came into Tunisian territory through the border post of Ras Jedir and established on the island of Djerba, according to government sources.
